Skincare and Wellness: International Business Development Manager
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand brand presence across Europe and the Middle East.
- Identify, build and manage B2B partnerships (distributors, agents, retailers/e-tailers) while representing the brand in business meetings, negotiations and international trade fairs.
- Manage sales growth and export operations, including RFP/RFI processes, commercial offers, contracts, customer service, logistics and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and competitive activity, and evaluate new market opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate a small business development/export team, provide guidance and mentoring, and ensure achievement of KPIs with regular reporting to the Commercial Director.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in export sales, international account management or business development within FMCG or cosmetics.
- Strong understanding of export procedures, regulations, ERP/CRM systems and digital marketplaces.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken). A second foreign language will be considered an asset.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship–building skills, with commercial mindset and self-starter approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, take initiative and remain composed under pressure.
- Experience in P&L monitoring, reporting, budgeting and performance metrics optimization.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Existing network of international distributors is a plus.
